Ride the Poutine Trail

Cyclists from Winnipeg will be riding the Poutine Trail on Sept 2nd and 3rd. They've created a trail map (mostly gravel roads) so that anyone can join them. Cyclists can do the entire trail with them or join up with them for a part of the tour. This great idea has attracted a lot of media coverage!

The ride starts at 8 AM Sept 2nd, in front of Café Postal on Provencher Blvd. and heads out East to Lorette, Ste. Anne, Richer, Marchand, and then St. Pierre-Jolys before calling it a day. That's about 125-140km, all on gravel roads. Day two will takethem from St.Pierre-Jolys to St. Malo, to St.Jean-Baptiste and Ste. Agathe and back to Winnipeg. Find the trail map here!

This is a great way to connect people with our rural bilingual communities and taste signature poutines!
